2018 Annual Meeting Chairman's New Year Speech

大家好!

今天已经是2017年的尾声,我们很快将迎来全新的2018年。在此,我首先代表公司管理层,向在过去一年里为公司发展付出了辛勤劳动和默默奉献的全体同事们表示衷心的感谢和祝福,并致以最诚挚的新春问候及深深的敬意!

回顾2017,过去的一年对我们清华巅峰来说,是不平凡的一年,也是具有里程碑意义的一年。这一年里,我们调整战略重新定位,将公司的主营业务由过去的销售代理,升级为城市土地投资与运营。这一年里,我们优化公司管理架构,引入高端人才,实行项目跟投制度,搭建了全新的业务运营平台。这一年里,公司总部正式搬迁到地标写字楼,公司名称也正式变更为武汉清华巅峰置地有限公司。可以说,在过去的一年里,公司由内至外,都发生了巨大的变化。这些变化,不仅是体现在办公硬件上实现了跨越式的进步,更重要的是,公司的目标、追求,和相应的运营机制、管理制度也同样实现了巨大的变革。

什么要变革?因为我们公司需要成长!公司的每个员工需要成长!我常常在思考一个问题,就是公司的未来是什么样子?是公司在最好最贵的写字楼办公吗?还是公司赚取了巨额的利润?我想,我们清华巅峰公司最理想的未来,应该远不止于好的办公场所,或者是漂亮的账面收入。而是,今天我看到的每位公司员工,在未来都能取得长足的进步与发展。

今天,你或许是一名普通的一线销售员,但明天,我希望你能成长为一名合格的项目经理。今天,你是一名项目经理,我希望明天你能独当一面,成为一名优秀的销售总监。今天,不论你是一名销售总监、或是设计总监、或者某个中心业务负责人,明天,我都希望你能独挑大梁,作为项目总,承担起一个地产项目的全盘运作。今天,每一位公司的普通员工、不论你是在哪一个项目、哪一个业务部门,我都殷切的希望,在不远的未来,能看到你们成长为项目总,加入到公司的管理团队里。用你们的肩膀为公司扛起一个项目、跟投一个项目。既承担起更大的责任,与公司共同进退、也与公司共同分享胜利的果实。

 

这,就是我所想象的公司的未来。因为当我们今天的几十号员工,都成为肩扛项目、独当一面的项目总时,我们清华巅峰置地,也必然会以几十个项目同时操盘的规模和体量,成为行业不可或缺的一股力量,也为武汉这座城市的复兴与崛起,贡献出自己的能量。

所以,在2017年,公司为什么要大力变革、坚定变革?就是因为,我们要为每一位有热血、有能力、有抱负的员工打开天花板,造好登云梯!从今天开始,清华巅峰的未来,就是我们每一位员工的未来。大家成长得越快,则清华巅峰发展得越快!我们的项目总越多,则清华巅峰的规模越大!

2017年已经过去了。今天的清华巅峰,正站在新的起点上。风起扬帆时,能者立潮头! 各位同事们,新年的阳光是我们扬帆起航的呼唤,更是催人奋进的号角。2018年,让我们一起努力,在新的征程上,乘风破浪!

Hello everyone!

Today is the end of 2017, and we will soon have a new 2018. Here, on behalf of the management of the company, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and blessings to all the colleagues who have worked hard for the development of the company in the past year and expressed their sincere dedication and deep respect. !

Looking back on 2017, the past year was an extraordinary year for us at the peak of Tsinghua University. It was also a landmark year. During the year, we adjusted our strategy and repositioned the company’s main business from past sales agents to urban land investment and operations. During the year, we optimized the company's management structure, introduced high-end talent, implemented a project-to-investment system, and set up a brand-new business operation platform. During the year, the company’s headquarters was officially relocated to the landmark office building and the company’s name was officially changed to Wuhan Qinghua Haofeng Land Co., Ltd. It can be said that in the past year, the company has undergone tremendous changes from inside to outside. These changes not only reflect the leap-forward progress in office hardware, but more importantly, the company’s goals and pursuits, and corresponding operational mechanisms and management systems, have also achieved tremendous changes.

Why change? Because our company needs to grow! Every employee in the company needs to grow! I often think about a problem. What is the future of the company? Is the company working in the best and most expensive office buildings? Or is the company making huge profits? I think that the ideal future of our Tsinghua Apex Company should be far more than a good office space, or a beautiful book income. Instead, every employee I see today can make great progress and development in the future.

Today, you may be an ordinary first-line salesperson, but tomorrow, I hope you can grow into a qualified project manager. Today, you are a project manager. I hope that tomorrow you can become a good sales director. Today, whether you are a sales director, or a design director, or a central business leader, tomorrow, I hope that you will be able to take the lead and take on the overall responsibility for the project as a project leader. Today, every company's ordinary employees, no matter which project you are in, which business unit, I am very hopeful, in the near future, you can see you grow into a project total, join the company's management team in. Use your shoulders to pick up a project for the company and invest in a project. It not only shoulders greater responsibility, but also advances together with the company and shares the fruits of victory with the company.

This is the future of the company I imagined. Because when we do today's tens of staff, have become shoulder-shoulder projects, the project of a single side, we Tsinghua pinnacle land, it will inevitably be the scale and volume of dozens of projects at the same time, become the industry indispensable One force has also contributed its own energy to the revival and rise of this city in Wuhan.

Therefore, in 2017, why should the company make great changes and change? It is because we want to open the ceiling for everyone who has blood, ability, and ambition to build a ladder! From today, the future of Tsinghua University is the future of every one of our employees. The faster everyone grows, the faster the development of Tsinghua peaks! The more projects we have, the greater the scale of Tsinghua's peaks!

2017 has passed. Today's peak of Tsinghua University is standing at a new starting point. When the wind sails, the able-bodied ones will be able to stand at the forefront! Dear colleagues, the sunshine of the new year is the call for us to set sail, and it is a clarion call to inspire people. In 2018, let us work together to ride the wind and waves on the new journey!
